Buffalo Wild Wings franchises in Ohio, Idaho & Florida wanted a way to replace their spend on traditional advertising without a drop in business. We devised a social media strategy that involved the creation of Facebook & Twitter profiles for the business together with a managed content strategy.

Up to this point, neither location had any social media presence.

Using targeted Facebook Ads, local residents were 12 free Wings in return for liking the Facebook Page. The goal was to build an online community that the business could engage with over the longer term and reach without continuous advertising spend.

Within three months, the Facebook Page had more than 1000 engaged fans and redeemed trackable store coupons.
