SAWMILL RESTAURANT GROUP

After attending one of our online Webinars, the owners of Sawmill Restaurant Group contracted Chandler Interactive to create a Social Media Strategy for the Restaurant Group. This was the first group-wide initiative to leverage social media to help build relationships with current customers, attract new customers as well as engage with the existing conversations taking place on many platforms about the brand.

Chandler Interactive designed the social media platforms, created custom Facebook Apps for the group that allowed customers to earn 25% more on their Loyalty Cards by linking them to their Facebook Account and spreading word about the group online.

Chandler Interactive manage all aspects of community management for the group, liaising with the marketing team to ensure a cross-platform synergy for maximum return.
